Sparkle Dental Joondalup was established by Dr Alex Devellerez and his wife Dr Shereen Lim in 2004.
The practice offers general dentistry services and are also passionate about restorative services including Dental Implants, “All-on-X” Implants (full arch implants), Sedation and Sleep Dentistry, Smile Makeover, Invisalign and Clear Aligners, and Kid’s and Teen’s dentistry. DR ALEX DEVELLEREZ
Founder And Principal Dentist
In 2004, I founded Sparkle Dental with my wife and fellow dentist, Shereen.
Over these years, we’ve worked with hundreds of patients who felt embarrassed to smile and lost their confidence as a result. I’m proud to have helped so many of these patients overcome their dental fears and restore their overall quality of life – this is a real passion of mine.
Through sedation dentistry, I help my patients conquer their dental fears. Through reconstructive and implant dentistry, I help my patients regain their confidence and restore their quality of life, with a new smile they feel proud to share.
Keeping up to date with the latest dental technologies and techniques is extremely important to me, so I take time to travel and learn from leading clinicians and researchers around the world, whenever possible.
Outside of work I love spending time with my girls Shereen, Jessica and Chloe, playing golf, going to the movies and fishing. Las Vegas and skiing in Japan are both high on my travel bucket list.

DR SHEREEN LIM
Founder And Principal Dentist
In 2004, I founded Sparkle Dental with my husband and fellow dentist Alex.
As one of Australia’s first dentists to qualify in dental sleep medicine, I have been involved in managing adult snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea with dental devices that help open the airway during sleep.
I’m extremely passionate about helping people breathe and sleep easier. In adults with snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea, I can help with dental devices that open the airway during sleep. In children, I help address problems like mouth breathing through a combination of approaches.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, reading, live music, and spending time with Alex and our two beautiful girls Jessica and Chloe. High on my travel bucket list is a Disney Cruise in Alaska.
