DR. PEGGY SUE BOWN
Clinical Director
Dr. Peggy Bown, originally from Newfoundland, is a graduate of Dalhousie University. She has been practising dentistry in Saint John, New Brunswick for almost two decades. In 2015, she opened a new, modern, and fully digitized interdisciplinary clinic, with a renewed passion for creating the ultimate patient experience. This completely digital practice includes a full range of services including General Dentistry, Esthetic Dentistry, Full-mouth Rehabilitation, Invisalign, Endodontics, Implantology, Sleep Medicine and now Digital Smile Design (DSD).
Dr. Bown has always been an enthusiastic participant in continuing education. She is a Premier Provider of Invisalign and recently became Canada's first DSD Master in Digital Smile Design. In 2014, she received a Fellowship in Neuromuscular Dentistry from LVI Global. Her education in esthetic dentistry is extensive and includes both Modules of the DSD Residency Program at NYU. In addition, she served on the executive for local and provincial dental societies for many years.
Currently, she is the Canadian Ambassador for the Humble Smile Foundation and has been lecturing across Canada on Comprehensive Esthetics, Digital Smile Design and Digital Workflow representing the AurumGroup. She has served as the President of the Toronto Blue Trays Study Club under the Reingage Program and is a board member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA). Dr. Bown is extremely passionate about dentistry and believes that her efficacious use of photographic documentation provides an invaluable benefit to both patient communication and treatment.
