MUDr. Petr Blecha is continuously focused on a biological and minimally invasive approach regarding both prevention and treatment, with respect for oral physiology and an effort to preserve a functional and balanced oral microbiome.
Dr. Petr Blecha opened his private practice in the year 2000 with a clear focus on periodontology since day one, including the treatment of complex cases. The clinic is currently dedicated to prevention, prophylaxis and preservation of teeth, sustained by Dr. Petr Blecha’s very own concept of complex conservative minimally invasive periodontal therapy, which has yielded excellent results for over 15 years. In recent years, the practice has also emphasised its work on a biological and minimally invasive approach regarding both prevention and treatment, with respect for oral physiology and an effort to preserve a functional and balanced oral microbiome.
Dr. Petr Blecha is a recognised speaker, who has been lecturing on topics of periodontology, implantology and plastic surgery of the periodontium since 2007 within the professional events of the Czech Stomatological Chamber, the Czech Periodontology Society and the Implantology Club of the Czech Republic. In that same year, he was one of the first dentists in the Czech Republic to start using P.R.G.F. (plasma rich in growth factors) according to the concept of Prof. Dr. Anituy. Between 2007 and 2012, Dr. Petr Blecha was an assistant in the practical teaching of students in the prosthetics department at the Dental Clinic of the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Pilsen.
Since 2008, in cooperation with Krbec Dent, Dr. Petr Blecha began organising intensive full-day practical courses in Implantology from A to Z, Plastic Surgery of the Periodontium, Photodynamic Treatment of Periodontitis and Implantology for Nurses throughout the country. In 2009, he was the first Czech lecturer of practical periodontal plastic surgery courses in the Czech Republic. In 2011-2012, in cooperation with the NCO NZO Brno, he largely created the foundations of the Implantology for Dental Technicians and Implantology for Nurses program, lecturing on both topics in Brno.
For over 30 years, Dr. Petr Blecha has also been studying the optimisation of nutrition, food supplements, micronutrients and their influence on human health and diseases, projecting this interest into dentistry and periodontology – revolutionary insights with a huge clinical impact.
MUDr. Petr Blecha is continuously focused on a biological and minimally invasive approach regarding both prevention and treatment, with respect for oral physiology and an effort to preserve a functional and balanced oral microbiome.
